IWC Schaffhausen is proud to present one of its most successful Portugieser watches ever – the Portugieser Automatic. Displaying the time on a stunning silver-plated dial adorned with deep blue accents, this striking stainless steel model measures a case diameter of 42mm and has been equipped with 30-meter water resistance. Its design is based on an earlier 1930s pocket watch and Features the legendary Pawl Winding system, which builds up an impressive 7-day power reserve courtesy of the Calibre 52010. The self-winding movement exposes its beautiful Cotes de Geneve and perlage decoration through a sapphire exhibition caseback feature. The remaining energy of the movement can be monitored via a power reserve indicator at 3 o’clock, balanced by a small seconds sub-dial at 9 o’clock and a clear date aperture at 6 o’clock. To complete the classic look of the popular men’s IWC Portugieser watch, the timepiece secures around the wrist with a deep blue alligator leather strap and a polished stainless steel buckle engraved with the famous IWC lettering.
