This beautiful gent’s Santos de Cartier watch bears a confident 43.3mm diameter across the wrist and Features a 100 meter water resistant stainless steel case which protects the in-house developed self winding 1904 CH MC calibre within. Other Features of this iconic design include an 18ct yellow gold bezel bearing the decorative screws and a sapphire glass lens for revealing the performance of the movement through the back of the case.
